Demographic Transformations in the City of Tamesna and Their Repercussions on Housing and Services

This article aims to approach the problem of demographic transformations in the city of Tamsna and analyze their repercussions on urban organization, by studying housing patterns and the adequacy of infrastructure and social services to keep pace with population expansion. It also seeks to highlight the imbalances that the city suffers from, represented by the pressure on public facilities, especially in the face of the faltering completion of basic equipment and programmed public facilities. Based on this situation, it was recommended to accelerate the implementation of development programs that keep pace with the urban growth witnessed by the city and to take into account demographic transformations in the future planning and preparation process, in addition to stimulating public and private investment in it with the aim of achieving the desired local development and winning the bet of spatial balance in the central metropolitan space.
