قراءة في سياسات التعليم بأفغانستان بين الماضي والحاضر على ضوء أسلمة المعرفة

الملخص

يقدم هذا البحث قراءة نقدية في سياسات التعليم في أفغانستان عبر مرحلتين مفصليتين: ما بعد عام 2001 تحت الحكومات الجمهورية، ومرحلة حكم طالبان الحالية. يعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض الوقائع وتحليلها، مستندًا إلى تقارير دولية ودراسات حديثة حول بنية النظام التعليمي، وواقع تمكين المرأة، والبنية التحتية، ومظاهر الأسلمة الشكلية للمناهج. ويخلص البحث إلى أن التعليم في أفغانستان لا يزال أسير الأزمات السياسية والاقتصادية، وأن السياسات الحالية ــ رغم رفعها لشعارات دينية ــ تفتقر إلى رؤية معرفية حضارية قادرة على النهوض بالإنسان والمجتمع. ويقترح البحث مبادئ أولية لإصلاح التعليم في ضوء أسلمة المعرفة، مع التأكيد على ضرورة بناء مناهج شاملة تنطلق من احتياجات المجتمع الأفغاني وتستند إلى منهجية معرفية أصيلة ومعاصرة في آن واحد.

This paper presents a critical examination of educational policies in Afghanistan across two key periods: the post-2001 republican governments and the current Taliban administration. Using a descriptive–analytical approach, the paper analyzes documented developments in the structure of the education system, women’s access to education, infrastructure challenges, and the trends of Islamization of curricula. The findings indicate that Afghanistan’s educational landscape remains constrained by persistent political and economic instability, and that current policies—despite their religious rhetoric—lack a comprehensive civilizational vision capable of enabling genuine human and societal development. The paper proposes preliminary principles for educational reform grounded in the Islamization of Knowledge, emphasizing the need for holistic curricula that address the real needs of Afghan society while drawing on an authentic yet contemporary epistemological foundation.
