The system of culture in the pre-Islamic era: A source of Islamic civilization

Abstract
This study entitled “The system of culture in the pre-Islamic era, a source of Islamic civilization” aims to study the culture source in the pre-Islamic era; which was formed from the day to day life of the people of the era, with an attempt to determine the extent of its influence on Islamic civilization. To this end the study relied on a descriptive analytical approach.
The study reached a number of key results including Islamic civilization was not the result of the cross integration of different cultures, nor a summary of the ideas of previous civilizations. In addition, Islamic civilization has been predestined to have a global impact, demonstrated by an unmatched level of integration and adaptability to changes in surrounding environment and different cultures in such a manner that enriches all aspects of mankind lives. Thus, the cultural significance of the pre-Islamic era cannot go unnoticed.
Among the important recommendations the study highlighted is the preservation of Islamic teachings because they are the basis of Islamic civilization, as its based on divine revelations, because of versatile approach to establishment of civilization that adapts to the changing world and ensure the sustainability of its people.
