The modern world today, in the shadow of the current geopolitical transformations, knows great changes and complexities at the political, economic, social and environmental levels, which has led to the emergence of many societal threats at the international level, which have become a great danger and a clear challenge to the lives and security of individuals and societies, and these were represented by Intercontinental and Artificial. Therefore, the dilemma of these new security risks has become one of the contemporary topics that have become imposing themselves at the global level, especially after the Cold War, as the field of Community Studies is one of the basic and important fields of security and immunization in most countries by raising the concept of Community Security, which represents one of the important security sectors, where security is among the sensitive and fundamental issues of human society and an indicator of stability, prosperity and progress, and therefore Community Security is simply a cover and an Iron Dome for the safety of individuals and groups and protecting them from risks and threats associated with artificial intelligence, as we have pointed out earlier, as well as Economic, social and environmental threats to countries from cyber attacks and their cross-border spread, which have become a real and direct threat to the safety and security of the community of the countries of the world. Morocco, due to its geostrategic, regional and international location, which also interacts with most of the current variables and events that occur at all levels and economic and social spheres, is also not immune from threats and risks of various dimensions and repercussions that affect its social security, and in this context, we will try through this study to identify the most important factors and ways that threaten Moroccan society and its social security, as well as highlighting the most important challenges posed to combat and confront these cross-border threats, both through technological developments, as well as at the level of legal legislation to address and punish crimes related to artificial intelligence during the posing of problems, including To what extent has Morocco been able to face the threats and societal risks associated with artificial intelligence What legislative and legal developments are taking place at the level of combating technology crimes.
