Abstract

    This study is concerned with by explaining Spinoza’s democratic system of government, which is of great importance in modern philosophy in general, and political philosophy in particular, which Spinoza describes as the best among the existing state systems of government, and all of that Through the statement of his political philosophy, so that the picture is clear and integrated, and we have used the descriptive approach to explain his political ideas, and follow these ideas in detail, through an introduction, a set of themes, a conclusion and results of this study, through which we concluded that what Spinoza calls for through The political philosophy in managing the state is the democratic system, because it is the best political system that achieves justice, equality and freedom for society, and tranquility, peace and happiness per person.
