Abstract

This study aims to clarify the jurisprudential issues related to one of the pillars of Islam, due to the people's need for it, to renew its issues, and the large number of its rulings. This analytical study is considered one of the arts of explaining hadith, and it is a prominent stage that deserves attention and care, and researchers follow up. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the comprehensiveness of the hadith of the most important rulings and issues of Hajj, and the ease of Shariah in that. The researcher recommended the necessity of studying contemporary calamities that were not satisfied with research, as well as making a historical account of the analytical study of the Prophet’s hadith, with the study of the most important prophetic hadiths that gather jurisprudential rulings.
