Abstract

This study aims to analyze the hadith of Ibn Omar about staying overnight in Mina, which is considered an origin in the issue of overnight stay and the fatwas of the imams' jurists revolved around it. The researcher followed a clear approach in preparing an exemplification of attributing Quranic verses to their surahs, extracting hadiths from the considered books of the Sunnah, using the sayings of scholars and explanations of hadith in the jurisprudence and explanation of hadith, and attributing the sayings to their original sources as much as I could, or by means of when needed. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the pilgrim must spend the night in Mina, and whoever leaves the overnight stay, there is nothing on him, and whoever leaves the overnight stay at all is required to offer blood for leaving the rituals, and whoever does not find a place in Mina should spend the night in the nearest place, taking into account the contact of pilgrims.
