The Civil Rights of the Displaced and the Expelled in Islamic and International Law

Abstract
This thesis aims to explain the concepts of displacement, IDPs, the displaced people, and such words synonyms reasons behind displacement, reviling IDPS's ruling provisions and concluding with declaring the IDP'S civil, social, economic and political rights and the rights of women and children IDPS which are set by Islamic Sharia and international law. The issue of the provisions and rights of IDPs discussed in this study in a descriptive, analytical and comparative approach from a legitimate point of view, and from a legal point of view; it is a wide topic that discusses the most important provisions relating to IDPs, and explain their rights prescribed by law and legitimacy, and reflect the validity and reasonability of Islamic sharia for all times, places, different situations, and events; it's a universal religion and life methodology. It is clear that the instructions of the Islamic Sharia and its entrenchment of the provisions of the displaced and the IDPS and their rights are preceded by the provisions of international law and other positive laws, by hundred years.
