Spatial Timings: An Objective Analytical Study

Abstract
Among the rites, the Prophet, peace be upon him, defined the spatial timings that it is not permissible to cross without entering a state of ihram for the person who wants to perform Hajj or Umrah. The spatial timings are of great importance. Many Muslims fall into embarrassment and confusion. Because they do not understand the issues of Hajj and Umrah, their Hajj may not be performed, and they may have to pay the ransom, and this is precisely what the researcher is trying to read in an analytical way. Therefore, the researcher analyzed the hadiths mentioned in the spatial times, with an explanation of jurisprudential issues and an objective study. The study came out with several results, including: The necessity of Ihram from the timings, and who left it, must pay the ransom. The timings are endowments that may not be exceeded by the aspirant of pilgrimage. Also, the legality of alignment and it is considerable. And that the debate over the issue of whether Jeddah is a meqat, is to clarify what is meant by alignment. Jeddah is not a miqat except for its people and those who are adjacent to it from the west. And that the timings are for their family and for those who passed by other than her family. Permissibility of entering ihram from planes and ships in alignment.
