Research Summary:
This study aims to emphasize the necessity of directing academic educational research towards focusing on educational issues in the light of the Prophet's biography, rather than solely on Western theories. It also aims to benefit those working in the field of education. The study followed a descriptive-analytical approach, which involves tracing and analyzing educational scenes in the Prophet's biography and extracting educational issues and principles from them.
The study reached several conclusions, including:
(1) the importance of studying the Prophet's biography and extracting educational issues, especially in our current era,
(2) Islamic educational thought is derived from divine revelation, thus it should be developed and nurtured,
(3) proper upbringing, as depicted in the Prophet's biography, leads to guidance, while deviation from it leads to misguidance.
The study recommends several actions, including:
(1) directing academic educational research towards addressing educational issues in the light of the Prophet's biography instead of focusing solely on Western theories,
(2) the necessity of everyone, from their respective positions, to contribute to spreading the culture of proper education derived from the Prophet's biography.
