The Role of Effective Leadership in Achieving Quality Job Performance Among Public School Administrations in the Sultanate of Oman

Abstract
The current study aimed to explore the role of effective leadership in achieving quality job performance for administrators working under school leaders such as assistant principal, coordinator, social worker, and others in public schools. In light of some contemporary models that take distributed leadership as a pioneering model for effective leadership, the study followed the descriptive approach and was applied to a sample of (50) school principals and principals in the Sultanate. I also analyzed all the data and information. The studu has ended up with a variation of advantages of the distributed leadership and its application strategies in organization according to success verification stages. These advantages are: job specification commitment and reducing job duties overlap at work. Believing on job duties. Positive changes start from the employee himself and his believes. Job duties are compulsory so each employee should achieve them. Set a plan for applying leadership strategies, continuous follow up, evaluate all data received from teachers, evaluate results, reward excellent employee and provide continuous feedback.
