Abstract

The goal of the study is to comprehend the transnational phenomena of "ISIS" by using its methods as a case study and discussing the concept of the state, including its origins, nature, and foundations in jihadist political ideology. The group stands apart from other jihadist Islamic organizations in that it prioritizes the small Islamic community over the country and Muslims. And think of it as the remaining group that will establish the Islamic State. Despite its historical theological grounds, the study found that the concept of the Islamic State is a recent concept that does not extend what the organization refers to as the "Islamic State" or "civil state."

despite its historical religious justifications .It is a modern idea that does not belong to the Islamic State experiences as much as it belongs to the idea of the modern coercive state, Which allows itself what is permissible and forbidden and passing all natural and man made laws to monopolize power and violence, so the study was based on the descriptive-analytical approach in the case study style, As well as the historical approach of the organization in building its intellectual system of the traditional Islamic State concept .
