The Job Satisfaction Level of the Subtitle Teacher (Daily Wages) in the Governorates of North Sharqiyah and Al-Dhahirah in the Sultanate of Oman in the Light of the Schkolenko Model

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the job satisfaction level of the substitute teacher (daily wages) in the governorates of North Sharqiyah and Al Dhahirah in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the Schkolenko Model. It used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data. Information was applied to a sample of (106) Teachers. The results of the study concluded that the level of job satisfaction of the substitute teacher (daily wages) in the governorates of North Sharqiyah and Al Dhahirah in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the Shkolenko model was moderate in general, as it was average in the dimensions: supervision, communication, Operating conditions, and rewards. While it came high in the dimensions of management, co-workers, and nature of work; while it was low in the two dimensions of wages and Fringe benefits. The results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample of teachers at the level (α ≤ 0.05) attributable to the variables of gender in favor of females, Scientific qualification in favor of bachelor's holders, years of experience in favor of less than two years, and nationality in favor of Omani nationality.
