Organizational Coordination According to Z Theory and Its Relationship with Administrative Excellence Among Secondary School Principals in Karbala Province (Iraq): Perspectives of Their Assistants

Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the extent of organizational coordination according to Z theory and its relationship to administrative excellence among secondary school principals in Karbala Governorate (Iraq) from the point of view of their assistants. Developing a questionnaire consisting of (38) items into a questionnaire of twenty-four items divided into 4 components:



  • The first component: Job stability (employment for life), which includes six paragraphs.

  • The second component: organizational trust and its six paragraphs.

  • The third component: comprehensive attention to the individual and the number of paragraphs five.

  • The fourth component: working in a collective manner (as one team) and its number is seven.


The results showed that the relationship between organizational coordination according to Z theory and administrative excellence among school principals from the point of view of their assistants was high and high, as well as the existence of a positive and statistically significant correlation between organizational coordination according to Z theory and administrative excellence among secondary principals. Based on these results, several recommendations were issued:


       Emphasis on encouraging organizational coordination among school principals, by following the method of administrative excellence, and Principals' interest in the individuals who work in the school, increasing trust among the members of the institution, and stimulating work in a collective manner (as one team), which results in a rise in the level of innovation in their work, which leads to the achievement of administrative excellence.
