Abstract

The summary of the research lies in the importance of legitimate arbitration in disputes and discord, its ability as a legitimate means to resolve conflict and disagreement between disputants, and the explanation of its legal evidence from the Qur’an, Sunnah, consensus, and law, as it has been proven with conclusive evidence that it is permissible to arbitrate disputes and disputes between Muslims in particular and among all people, as the Arbitration is considered an important pillar in the life of the Islamic nation, and it is considered a way to reach the heart of truth and restore rights to their owners. Among the disputes and disputes between people is the dispute between spouses. Our great Islam has worked to eliminate every strife or disagreement that might break out between them, and cause discord and then divorce, and thus Destroy the family entity.
