Abstract

In light of the technological change that different countries have known in all sectors, societies have realized the inevitability of change in their classic programs and the need to keep pace with scientific and technological progress in various fields. Like many other countries, Algeria is convinced of the inevitability of change and coping with these challenges, especially in the administrative sector due to its sensitivity, its influence, and its impact on the rest of other societal sectors. In this regard, Algeria has relied on a set of administrative structures based on the process of administrative reform and activation of management in public administration to overcome the era of administrative backwardness.
