Abstract
This study dealt with the significance of the love of Allah (SWT) in worship by elucidating the essence of worship and its connection to the love of Allah Almighty. The study highlighted the servant's need for and dependence on worshiping his Lord. The study was divided into an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. The study reached several results, including the following: the foundation of worship in Islam is rooted in the love of Allah (SWT), in addition to the meanings of fear and hope that drive Muslims towards obedience. Moreover, the absence of love is attributed to weak faith and a lack of knowledge about the attributes of the Creator, as recognizing these attributes leads to love and dedication in worship. The study suggested recommendations, the most important of which involved the need to enhance the concept of love and worship for Allah among individuals through seminars and to disseminate them via social media platforms. The study also recommended the necessity to utilize the field of da’wah to instill the concept of love for Allah in the younger generations.
