Abstract

 This study focuses on the impact of the family environment on the upbringing of the individual, and its impact on the crystallization of his thoughts and visions, especially if the parents were lovers of science and learning. This is how John Milton, the subject of our research, lived in the midst of an environment that was passionate about knowledge and acquiring from it, and was very keen on getting her son He has a great deal of knowledge, so he entrusted his teaching to the most prominent personalities at that time, his literary talents emerged and his intellectual productions began to grow. John Milton's life was not paved with happiness, but sadness took him a large part, and yet he remained clinging to hope and the pen, and his literary and cognitive productions took place, and they became platforms to introduce their readers to what he believed in from the reformist views that made education his first and most important tool, leading to his interest in political life in England And adopt thoughts like peace And freedom of expression, spreading, religious reform, and amending the church system in his country, as well as his belief in the necessity of separating religion from the state, and his support for a political system led by the educated elite of his countrymen. John Milton remained a benefactor and distinguished intellectual product, despite his loss of sight and his retirement from his home until his star fell in 1674 AD.
