Technological infiltration into the worker's notebooks and secrets of life

Abstract
If the right to privacy is the result of a human need that requires respect in a civilized society, and calls for the protection of the law that should increase and interact with the greater the potential threat to the individual, especially in light of the advancement of multiple and advanced technological means, the right to private life has become more vulnerable to threat than before. Especially in light of the infiltration of the means of technology into the books and secrets of the worker, so that natural barriers, distance, walls, or closing windows are no longer sufficient to prevent the infiltration into the life of others, this infiltration that takes place with his knowledge at times and without his knowledge at other times.
When the worker applies to the employer in order to contract with him and work for him, the latter searches and investigates for the worker, with the aim of selecting the most suitable human elements that will work with his project, so he searches in the secrets of his private life, taking advantage of his need for a job.
