Abstract

The approach to competencies emerged according to the planning of educational policy as an entry point for comprehensive development and what includes social demand and building competencies. One of the contemporary pedagogues draws an expansionary relationship more compatible with social transformations and cultural economic to encourage school production qualified for economic production.  It is represented in the "pedagogy of the project" that emanates from the type of pedagogical action based on the idea of ​​the project and the revitalization of class teams. Its principles are based on refining skills and building the personality of the student, taking into account individual differences that encourage initiative and creativity and achieve goals.  This study came in order to state in what the pedagogy of the project is, its characteristics, and its historical emergence, then the entrepreneurial thought and its intersections with the pedagogy of the project, then the educational and professional project and the role of social upbringing institutions in building entrepreneurial thought, and then a critical view of the directive law for national education.  Among the most important results of the study is that the pedagogy of the project seeks the transformation that it will bring about on the ground, especially the culture that favors it to enter the knowledge economy, the world of work and the market economy
