Abstract

The study dealt with the method of strategic analysis in the style of (SWOT) and the extent of its impact on crisis management and rapid changes in the environment internally and externally, and its emergence as a tool for diagnosing the current situation and options for influencing the shape of the future, in light of the variance, multiplicity and widespread crises, the study aims to introduce the method of analysis (SWOT) and its importance in analyzing reality, foreseeing the future and making available options. The problem of the study is summed up in the methods of environmental extrapolation, in light of the presence of development in crises, and this becomes clear when the crises are prolonged?
