The Domestic Place in the Poetry of AL-Wawaa Damashqi

Abstract
The place is of great importance in the life of the pre-Islamic poet, as the place helps to charge the poet’s psyche and himself with the situations and experiences he lived in. The association of memories that produce fine poetry for us indicates the importance of the place and the memories it carries in the poet's soul. Indicating the place of residence of the poet and his relationship with his family and loved ones and the formation of his personality through the customs and traditions that he lives in that place, but we do not find a clear indication of the domestic place in which our poet (Alwawa'a) lived and this is due to his poverty and hardship of his financial condition, but we can refer to the abundance Among the natural places that made the poet feel intimacy, comfort, happiness and protection, these places are meadows, gardens, orchards, and the trees, fruits and flowers interspersed within them.
