Abstract

    Al-Mawardi (364-450 AH / 974-1058 AD) is considered one of the most important jurists in the chapter on royal rulings. His book contained a political, administrative and economic system that represented the state’s viewpoint and the reality of the movement of politics and economics. The study included: an introduction, and four topics, the first topic came : Al-Mawardi (364-450 AH / 974-1058 AD) (his name and scientific upbringing), and the second topic: alms according to Al-Mawardi (d. The fourth topic: the house of money and its imports according to al-Mawardi .


Al-Mawardi was previously in analyzing the factors influencing the tax, as he was previously in linking the tax to energy and the ability to pay, and this reveals the financial thought of Al-Mawardi.


     From the doctrinal principles of al-Mawardi, he analyzed the limit of sufficiency and linked it to other variables of the Islamic economy, such as zakat and giving, and presented a way to achieve them.


Al-Mawardi linked between zakat and the just redistribution, and that according to the interpretation of Al-Mawardi it is obligatory in the funds allocated for development, and thus its purpose is achieved in enriching the poor, as it pays for growth and thus exercises its role in the stage of redistribution of income towards achieving distributive justice.
