Abstract
The article details the bad circumstances of Morocco during the late of the nineteenth century. Morocco surffered a lot politically, economically and socially. This last is considered the most important one as other European countries used to give the hand of help which cover many things such as the intention to invade and to preach. All of these is due to the failure of the Moroccan store to improve those fields so that it seemed so easy to the European countries to do what they want as long as their help got accepted and welcomed.
