Knowledge Management Processes Based on Artificial Intelligence in Construction Projects: Applied Study In Saudi Arabia

Abstract

The aim of this study was to learn and analyse the application of knowledge management processes in construction projects through artificial intelligence software from the perspective of the contractor in Saudi Arabia. The problem was to uncover the impact of knowledge management processes based on artificial intelligence software as they were applied to construction projects from the perspective of contractors in Saudi Arabia. The study found several findings, the most important of which was that the application of knowledge management processes consisted of knowledge sharing, and the application of knowledge through software. The researchers recommended the strengthening of the application of knowledge management based on artificial intelligence software to solve the late completion problems of construction projects in Saudi Arabia, as well as the need for financial attention, and to seek to improve the efficiency of the project with the participation and application of the knowledge that underpins the knowledge management processes.
