Human Resources Development Strategies

Abstract
The study dealt with human resources development strategies. The aim of the study was to identify the concept of human resources, the components of human resources, their objectives and importance, the historical development of human resources, and the strategies and challenges of human resources development. The problem of the study was that the miraculous development that the world has witnessed in the field of work requires the presence of sufficient human resources for this development to take place. For this reason, the main question under study was summarized in: What are the strategies and methods for developing human resources? From this, several questions emerged, including: What is the concept of human resources? What are the stages of human resources development? What are the objectives and importance of human resources? To answer the questions, the study relied on the historical and descriptive approaches. The study reached several results, including: The success of organizations and society as a whole is linked to training individuals, the effectiveness of implementing this activity, and its success in achieving its goals. The human resources management strategy represents an integrated system in which each element affects the other in a sequential manner. The study presented a set of recommendations, including: relying on the strategic direction to implement human resources policies. Paying attention to modern technological developments and techniques and using them when determining strategies and employing them to develop employees.
