Linear creation in the Qur'an al-kareem and Discourse Analysis Theories

Abstract

The study aims to understand the nature of the linear nature of creation in the Holy Qur’an and its relationship to human existence, and to come up with a scientific study based on recent references and studies. The research in this study relied on the analytical method, so the noble verses related to the topic were the fresh manhal and the main source from which his method was derived, in addition to benefiting from scientific methods related to the research, including the inductive, descriptive and analytical method. Among the most prominent results of the study: There is a synchronicity in creation that appears through the levels of linear study. We have a chronological order in the creation of the days and months (especially the sacred months) in which God Almighty has forbidden fighting. We also find that the creation of the earth preceded the creation of the heavens, and the Qur’anic text referred to this issue explicitly in the noble Qur’anic verses. The study recommended the necessity of addressing the issue of linear within critical and linguistic studies, as it is one of its branches that can be benefited from in this.
