Abstract
The science of jurisprudence is one of the important and useful legal sciences, because it is knowledge of a great deal, which has great benefit, because it is related to deducing court rulings from their evidence. By necessity, authorization, legality, prohibition and refusal. One of the reasons for my choice of this topic is the importance of the fundamentalist extraction of jurisprudential issues in personal status, because it is linked to the fundamentals and branches, and also that the principles of jurisprudence is a theoretical science. The practical application of this is the graduation in its various methods, the most important of which is the graduation of achievements on the branches, and one of the advantages of fundamentalist graduation is to know the reasons for the difference between the diligent imams. Measurement is the fourth legitimate proof. The aim of the research is to apply the mandated provisions (legal rulings) of duty, mandate, permissibility, prohibition and compulsion on personal status in Iraqi law. practical of it.
