الدولة هي المؤسسة التي تحضن في جوفه الأركان الأساسية للحياة وتتنوع فيها الأنظمة السياسية ليرتكز كل على دستوره. مشكلة هذا البحث في أن عدم معرفتنا للأسس السياسية البدائية تنعكس سلبا على عملية بناء الدولة التشادية الحديثة. أهمية هذا البحث في ضرورة التركيز على الأسس البدائية لتجنب الأخطاء أثناء التخطيط لأسس حديثة. أهم اهداف هذا البحث هو تسليط الضوء على الأسس السياسية البدائية لبناء الدولة التشادية. فرضيات هذا البحث في أن الدولة التشادية قامت على الحياة البدائية والنظم التقليدية، وأن عدم معرفتها تؤثر سلباً في إقامة الأسس الحديثة. تم اختيار المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والتاريخي، مع دراسة بعض المرجعيات والمصادر الأولية كمقابلة الشخصيات السياسية والفكرية. ومصادر ثانوية كالكتب والبحوث العلمية السابقة، وركز على الحدود المكانية. جاء تنظيم هذا البحث من جوهر الموضوع والنتائج والتوصيات والمحتويات وقائمة المصادر. وختاما جاءت هذا البحث كإضافة للمكتبة الأفريقية والتشادية حول الأسس السياسية البدائية لبناء الدولة التشادية.

The state is the institution who lap in his depth the fundamental foundation of life, and diversity of political systems for anchor every country in his own constitution. The problem of this search that our disclaim about the primal political foundation which be based on Africa’s country building has been reflected negativity on the process of chad modern building.
