Publication Management

  1. Manuscript Submission:

- Method: Via the journal’s dedicated electronic system or official email: benkjournal@gmail.com 

- Requirements: Manuscripts must be in Word or PDF format, following the journal’s submission guidelines (available on the website).

 

  1. Initial Screening:

- Verify compliance with formatting and content requirements. 

- Check for plagiarism using iThenticate software.

 

  1. Editorial Evaluation:

- The Editor-in-Chief or Deputy Editor reviews the manuscript for initial suitability. 

- Decide whether to send for peer review or reject early.

 

  1. Double-Blind Peer Review:

- Select two independent specialized reviewers, ensuring anonymity of authors and reviewers. 

- Reviewers are given 3 weeks to submit their reports.

 

  1. Editorial Decision:

- Based on reviewers’ reports, decide: 

  - Accept without revisions 

  - Accept with revisions (major or minor corrections) 

  - Reject 

- Send decision and reviewers’ reports to the author.

 

  1. Revisions and Resubmission:

- Author submits revised manuscript within 15 days.

- Manuscript is re-evaluated by reviewers or editorial team as needed.

 

  1. Language Editing and Formatting:

- Perform professional language editing and organize content according to journal style. 

- Prepare the final version for publication.

 

  1. Publication:

- Assign a DOI to each article. 

- Publish articles electronically on the journal’s website and link them in the annual journal index.

 

  1. Archiving and Distribution:

- Store articles securely in a digital archive. 

- Make articles available in accredited databases.
