Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of strategic management in non-profit organizations. A sample of non-profit organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is the field study area of research, has been used an electronic questionnaire distributed to the study's vocabulary. Many dimensions have been addressed. (Leadership, culture and values, strategic planning and thinking, strategic budget, alignment of strategy and operation, performance measurement, performance management, procedures management, sustainability) The study also recommends that attention be paid to the need to reduce gaps in follow-up, communication and oversight, to give greater confidence in the employee's independence and to encourage self-management.
