Abstract

The study aims to reveal the role of the exercise of administrative leadership patterns in the government departments of Saudi Arabia in improving performance in the framework of a field study at the Office of Education in Rania governorate. The identification was adopted as a tool for collecting data from the vocabulary of the sample. The analysis was carried out through the SPSS version 23, through which several results were reached. Impact of application of management leadership patterns on staff performance improvement The results of the analysis showed a positive correlation between the application of the dimensions of management leadership patterns and the improvement of employees' functioning, The study recommended that an appropriate business environment should first be created for the Commander in order to facilitate effective communication with the staff of the Education Office in order to improve career performance. programme ", while encouraging the follow-up and development of specific and fair criteria for measuring career performance and activating disadvantages among staff.
