Abstract

Language is fundamentally vital in understanding and analyzing crimes, where forensic linguistics contributes to opening a unique window to explore how language is used in criminal contexts. This research aims to shed light on the role of forensic linguistics and analyze it between theory and application, especially concerning the effectiveness of language use in proving guilt or innocence of the accused.

This research paper discusses the progress made in the field of forensic linguistics, with a focus on how language analysis contributes to understanding the motives and backgrounds of crimes. The research also deals with the history, development, areas and sections of criminal linguistics. Criminal linguistics is related to language crimes, which are crimes committed by means of language, such as threats, bribery, and perjury... And more.

In summary, this research seeks to enhance understanding of forensic linguistics as a modern and intriguing research field, and how it can be effectively utilized to improve criminal justice operations and achieve a balance between theoretical theory and practical application.
