The Role of Principals of Public Secondary Schools in Palestine in Promoting the Dimensions of Productive Education in Accordance with the Islamic Concept and Ways to Enhance it

The study aimed to identify the role of public secondary school principals in Palestine in enhancing the dimensions of productive education in accordance with the Islamic concept and ways to enhance it. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used in its survey style, and a questionnaire was applied to secondary school principals in the Gaza Strip. The study sample amounted to (125) male and female principals. The study resulted in a set of results, the most important of which is that the role of public secondary school principals in Palestine in enhancing the dimensions of productive education in accordance with the Islamic concept came to a large degree and with a relative weight of (71.20%). There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( ( Between the average estimates of secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine for their role in enhancing the dimensions of productive education according to the Islamic concept according to the variable of gender, educational qualification, years of service, and educational region.
