The study aimed to identify the virtue of Hajj and Umrah, as an analytical study in the light of the Qur’anic verses and some of honorable hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach is used in preparing the study based on a set of steps, the most important of them are: Attributing the Qur’anic verses to the names of their chapters, extraction and authentication of the Hadith (Takhreej) from their sources in the books of the Sunnah, mentioning the sayings of scholars in every issue and clarifying the most correct of them, and mentioning the evidence with each statement. The study concluded that Hajj is one of the five pillars of Islam that whoever performs them Allah will enter him/her into Paradise and whoever rejects them, Allah will punish him/her on the Day of Resurrection. Hajj is an obligation that Allah order His servants to do, and made it one of the most important acts of worship. The scholars agree unanimously on the obligatory of Hajj for whoever is able to find thereto a way.
