Abstract

This research aims to study the contradiction and weighting and its applications to the jurisprudential branches. At the same time, it is an idea from the fundamentalist, essential and difficult chapters. For the difference of minds and ideas among scholars, the provisions related to the family are among the important topics that the great Qur’an has given great attention to. The researcher follows the analytical induction approach, which was based on looking at the texts related to the research subject. These texts are extrapolated from their original sources. Likewise, the researcher does not undertake to present the most likely or preferred opinion, but rather she presents the evidence for each of the sayings presented. This evidence is discussed in order to arrive at the most correct of these sayings. The research plan was required to divide the research plan into an introduction, chapter one, chapter two and the conclusion. Chapter one dealt with the definition of some concepts related to the research. The second chapter presents examples of conflict and weighting applications in family rulings. finally, in conclusion, the results are shown what the researcher had done.
