Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of national and moral values in the books Arabic and English for the first third grades from a general point of view. The researchers used the method of descriptive analysis and to achieve the goal of the study the researchers prepared a questionnaire consisting of 24 paragraphs divided into two areas 12 national values and 12 moral values and the sample of the study consisted of 100 teachers and after extracting the computational medium and standard deviation shows values in the Arabic language book came in the middle degree Moral values came to a high degree from the point of view of teachers, but national and moral values came in the middle class from the point of view of teachers, so the researchers recommended more courses on values and a review of the way teachers are trained and teachers involved in the writing of books.
