The theater is characterized as an art which is based on representative performances that reflects a story based on the conflict between characters expressing themselves through dialogue.And becausetheater is the art of people and spaces, this made it among the most common literary forms aiming at realizing the objectives that the dramatist aspires to achieve.

Due to the efficiency of this art and its major role in the renaissance of nations, the theater arose in the shadows of the national movement. therefore, it used to be one of the factors that led to its developmen.It was also one of the means of the cultural resistance against the French colonization and that of educating and instructing the public as well.
