Complaints Policy
Before submitting manuscripts, authors are requested to read all the guidelines and policies regarding the processing and publication of the manuscript here.
The authors have the right to complain and ask explanation if they perceive any misconduct in any applicable policies and ethical guidelines. The authors can raise their complaints by submitting a letter to email.
Ibn Khaldoun Journal for Studies and Researches adopts a clear and transparent policy for addressing complaints to ensure fairness and integrity at all stages of the publishing process. This policy includes the following:
- Types of Complaints:
- Complaints related to peer review (delays, bias, or inappropriate conduct).
- Complaints regarding editorial decisions (acceptance/rejection).
- Allegations of plagiarism or ethical misconduct.
- Technical or administrative issues.
- How to Submit a Complaint:
- Complaints should be sent via the official journal email:

- The complaint must include:
- The complainant’s full name.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Manuscript ID (if applicable).
- Any supporting documents.
- Complaint Handling Procedure:
- A response will be provided within 7 working days.
- The complaint will be referred to the Editor-in-Chief or an independent committee for review.
- The issue will be handled confidentially and objectively.
- The complainant will be informed of the decision and outcome.
- Transparency and Fairness:
- All complaints are treated seriously and without bias.
- The journal ensures that no harm is caused to the complainant or other parties involved.
Note: The journal has established an independent Complaint Review Committee to oversee and address such matters.
