Abstract

This article deals with a very important topic, related to the nature of the relationship between the factor of political culture, and the act of electoral participation, and the intersections that this relationship poses between the cultural issue and the political fieled, and legitimate question about the issue of the role of political awareness as a major determinant for foming an understanding of social political goals and programs. And the practice of democratic work that enables the individual citizen to jump above the prevailing traditional culture and achieve the bet of access to a position of decision-making that affects important aspects of political, economic, social life… Electoral participation is a basic requirement related to managing public affairs, which requires the citizen’s involvement in it. With awareness, accountability and effectiveness, which requires the minimum level of political culture that qualifies them to exercise their role in expressing their choices and laying the foundations for democratic transformation in all fieleds.
