Copyright Policy

From the article publication, the Journal becomes the copyright holder of the published articles. The journal grants to thirds rights to use, reproduce and share articles in accordance with the license contract from Creative Commons (CC-BY 4.0), as stated in the PDF format version of the article.

Authors retain the copyright and intellectual property rights to their works published in the Ibn Khaldoun Journal for Studies and Researches.

Authors grant the Journal the right of first publication and a non-exclusive license to publish, electronically disseminate, archive, index, and distribute the work through relevant academic platforms and scholarly databases.

Accepted works are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), which permits others to use and redistribute the work for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author, the Journal is acknowledged, the publication details are cited, and a persistent link or DOI is provided.

Publication of a work in the Journal does not constitute a transfer or waiver of the author's intellectual property rights, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement between the parties.

Authors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for the use of any third-party materials, including figures, tables, images, or other copyrighted content. Authors are also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable intellectual property and copyright requirements concerning the content submitted for publication.
