The publishing activities of Ibn Khaldoun Journal for Studies and Researches are supported through Article Processing Charges (APCs) for accepted manuscripts, in addition to institutional resources and support provided by Ibn Al-Arabi Center for Culture and Publishing.

The journal transparently discloses all fees and charges that authors may incur in its APC and Author Fees Policy, which is published on the journal’s website.

Publication revenue and author fees do not influence decisions concerning manuscript acceptance or rejection.

6. Publication Fees and Editorial Independence

The journal confirms that payment or non-payment of publication fees, as well as requests for or receipt of fee waivers, does not influence the peer-review process or editorial decisions.

Financial procedures are separated from the scholarly evaluation and peer-review process, and an author’s ability to pay publication fees is not considered when deciding whether to accept or reject a manuscript.
