One of the most important results of the study is that the quality of the human element in the institutions is one of the most important axes for successfully implementing human resource management strategies. The study recommended a number of recommendations, including increasing interest in applying a clear strategy for planning the workforce in banks, developing internal and external training methods for workers in the banking sector to increase the development of knowledge and experience, continuing to pay attention to external and internal job rotation methods among Sudanese banks, as one of the most important control methods used.
