Abstract

This study aims to identify the level of creative leadership practices among female principals of public schools in Bisha Governorate, Saudi Arabia, in light of the modern trends emphasized by Vision 2030 to enhance the skills of educational leaders. The researchers adopted a descriptive survey method and applied a questionnaire to measure four key dimensions of creative leadership: problem-solving, flexibility, fluency, and originality. The sample included 103 participants consisting of teachers, assistant principals, and principals. The results showed a very high level of creative leadership across all dimensions, with "fluency" ranked highest, followed by "originality", "flexibility", and finally "problem-solving". The findings revealed statistically significant differences attributed to years of experience, while no significant differences were found based on academic qualification or job title. The study recommended strengthening creative leadership skills through targeted training programs for female leaders in the educational sector.
