      Abstract

      The study aimed to identify the role of remote work projects in achieving sustainable development. Its roles were studied in the field of knowledge, culture, training, support, employment benefit and keeping pace with development. As for sustainable development, its four dimensions were studied: technical, environmental, and socio-economic. It followed the descriptive analytical approach to process and analyze data for a sample of workers in The field of remote work has reached 155 workers in the field of remote work. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the worker’s sense of responsibility to work towards the operator and the intermediary company, providing training and support to employees and their ability to improve economic and living conditions. Technical development has come in the most important dimensions of development to achieve a rate of 81.00% and then economic development by 79.40%, the study showed a positive relationship between the role of remote work projects and sustainable development.
