دراسة تحليلية للدليل التنظيمي لشراكة المدرسة مع الأسرة والمجتمع ومقترحات لتطويره

الملخص

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع شراكة المدرسة مع الأسرة والمجتمع، والتعرف على أبرز المقترحات لتطوير الدليل التنظيمي لشراكة المدرسة مع الأسرة والمجتمع. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصل إلى أن البنود الواردة في الدليل التنظيمي تعبر عن واقع الشراكة، وتتماشى مع سياسة التعليم وطبيعة المجتمع السعودي، وتسهم في تحسين الشراكة. وكانت أبرز التوصيات: ضرورة إنشاء منصات للتواصل، وتوظيف المتطوعين، وتنظيم الفعاليات الاجتماعية، وإطلاق الحملات التوعوية؛ وضرورة زيادة مستوى التعاون بين الأسرة والمدرسة من حيث تبادل وجهات النظر حول العديد من القضايا التعليمية والإدارية التي تواجه عمل المدرسة؛ وإنشاء منصات تواصل رقمية أو ورش عمل حضورية للتفاعل بين المدرسة والأسرة والمجتمع، ويشمل ذلك استخدام البريد الإلكتروني والمواقع الإلكترونية ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والاجتماعات الحضورية.

The research aimed to identify the reality of school partnership with the family and the community, and to identify the most prominent proposals for developing the regulatory guide for school partnership with the family and the community. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and concluded that the items included in the regulatory guide reflect the reality of the partnership, are consistent with education policy and the nature of Saudi society, and contribute to improving the partnership. The most prominent recommendations were: the necessity of creating communication platforms, employing volunteers, organizing social events, and launching awareness campaigns; the necessity of increasing the level of cooperation between the family and the school in terms of exchanging viewpoints on many educational and administrative issues facing school work; and creating digital communication platforms or in-person workshops for interaction between the school, the family, and the community, including the use of email, websites, social media, and in-person meetings.
